LEKA SOLID ROOF GUIDANCE
STEP 1 – GRP FRAMEWORK
First, Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) rafters are added to the existing conservatory window frames, including a GRP structural ring beam and ridge. GRP is not prone to:

HOW WE SUPPLY OUR PRODUCT
All our roofs come supplied with 130mm foil-backed insulation, pre -cut, to meet the 0.15 standard U-value requirement. We believe that by choosing to install the premium, most lightweight replacement roof available in the industry, it should be made to the highest standard without the need for insulated plasterboard and extra weight and depth added to the roof. Finished with 12.5mm foil-backed plasterboard (supplied at additional cost on request) you are ensuring you maintain the fastest possible install time with the least amount of potential problems.
All our roofs come supplied with White Fascia, Gutter, Downpipe and Trims. Fascia is sent in full lengths to be cut and adapted on site.
Gutters are supplied with a running outlet (not spigot) and all variable angles if required. One length of 2.5m downpipe, 2 clips & 1 shoe are supplied with every running outlet point.
All other connections will be the responsibility of installer, subject to their site requirements.
Alternative colours are available at additional cost. When submitting a final survey please note the colour required in order to ensure your quote is accurate.

The pre-fabricated LEKA Orangery roof system comes delivered as four ladder sections and can be installed ready for insulation in as little as 90 minutes onto existing subframes, new builds or of course the modular extension system.
The Leka System has been engineered through innovative methods, highly technical design protocols and practical experience to create probably the best roof system in the world currently, fabricated to the highest standards in our dedicated Berkshire-based facility.
All our kits are delivered with pre-cut frames prepared with fixing brackets in place and all insulation pre cut, saving you vital hours on every project.

All GRP sections are factory-cut to size and pre-fitted with fixing bracketsfor easy installation. The rafters are prefilled with an insulated core.
Training
As well as being pre-approved by building control, we are proud to offer an industry-leading 40 year structural warranty on all of our LEKA Systems product range.
In order to offer this warranty to your customers, LEKA do require installers to complete a product training course to become accredited installers. We believe that we have the most innovative solid conservatory roof range in the UK market today, and truly a warm roof. To ensure that our commitment to quality and service is passed down through the channels from the profile extruders & developers (LEKA Systems) to the end-user, we provide hands-on training in the form of an assisted installation.
This allows up to 4 members of your team to be trained on your first project by our in-house instructor, Dean. What’s more, the training takes place on your own project, meaning no valuable days on site are lost and you get an extra pair of experienced hands on the job!
Dean has undertaken in-depth training with LEKA and has personally completed in excess of 100 installations over the years, as well as having over 15 years of on site roofing experience making him the ideal man to have on site, guiding you through the process.
This will include signed certification and registration as a National LEKA installer on their system. The training is for a maximum of two days if required. Please contact us for prices.
